This space brings together psychological reflection, lived experience and a deep interest in understanding emotional patterns.
Often, what shapes us most remains in the background — repeated patterns, inner obstacles and emotional blocks that influence our choices, relationships and sense of direction.
Curiosity and self-observation are invited here as ways of making the unseen more visible, creating the conditions for meaningful and sustainable change.
I explore trauma through a body-based and paced approach, prioritising safety and respect for individual processes. Traumatic experiences can contribute to nervous system dysregulation and relational patterns that persist over time.
In a fast-paced world, we often lose contact with the body as a source of information and feedback. When approached in a grounded and non-idealised way, mindfulness can support awareness, presence, and self-regulation.
The first years of life play a central role in emotional and relational development. Early experiences contribute to the formation of attachment patterns, emotional safety, and ways of relating to oneself and others later as adults.
Relational patterns often reflect personal history, early learning experiences, family dynamics, and implicit beliefs. At the same time, relationships can become meaningful spaces for reflection, growth, and change.
My work is not based solely on talking. While understanding your story is important, real change does not happen only in the mind or through words.
Often, our goals are blocked by parts of us that once aimed to protect us. These protective patterns are not always easy to explain with words — they are often felt in the body.
I integrate evidence-based cognitive approaches with somatic awareness, supporting not only insight but also the integration of new experiences at the level of the nervous system.
I’m curious about human beings — how we feel, move, and make sense of our experiences. Living and traveling in different countries has taught me to appreciate diverse perspectives and to connect more deeply with myself and with others.
Along the way, I’ve trained both formally and informally, including in embodiment techniques, humanistic and systemic approaches, and I hold a Master’s degree in Child and Adolescent Psychology. Some of the most meaningful work for me has been supporting children and adolescents who have experienced complex trauma, as well as migrants navigating life in a new country.
My purpose is to help people understand and process their emotional wounds so they can live more fully. I believe everyone carries their own inner light and the capacity to heal patterns rooted in early experiences.
I also value the small things that connect me with life — being in nature, hiking, enjoying good food, cats, and occasionally writing a little poetry. Sometimes I even manage to combine them all.
Originally from Spain and now based in Ibiza, I work with internationals, both in person and online, in Spanish and English.
